Founded by the late Attorney Eugenio Millado and his wife, Doña Aurora Garcia-Millado, as Mindanao Vocational School (MVS).
MVS earned its college status and became Magsaysay Memorial Colleges (MMC). For the next few years, MMC added more undergraduate programs and opened departments in kindergarten, elementary education, secondary education, and later acquired Southern Island Colleges (SIC).
The late Honorable Florante Garcia-Millado became the college president. The school was renamed again in honor of the 7th President of the Philippines, Ramon Magsaysay.
Since 1993, RMMC has been led by Mrs. Regner-Millado as chairperson, alongside their four children serving in board and executive positions.
Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges maintains rigorous academic standards through continuous external evaluations and quality management audits. Our academic programs are recognized and accredited by leading educational quality assurance bodies in the Philippines and globally.
