RMMC is proud to present the Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management, under the College of Business Education, a top-notch four-year program that we designed to see our students do very well in the ever-changing real estate service industry.
The program is based on the guidelines of Commission on Higher Education Memorandum Order (CMO) No. 28 Series of 2011, which puts forth business basics in conjunction with an in-depth study of real estate laws, property appraisal, brokerage, marketing, finance, land use planning, and property development. Also, we see to it that our students benefit from a results-based education model, we use innovative teaching methods, and we have very extensive industry immersion, which includes internships at accredited real estate companies.
Our excellent faculty, which is made up of licensed real estate professionals, lawyers, and industry experts, weaves together theory and practice, which in turn sees to it that our graduates are very competent, ethical, and global competitors.
Upon completion of the program, students are awarded the qualification to take the Real Estate Service Licensure Exams, which are conducted by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

The degree is a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management (BSREM). This degree is awarded upon the successful completion of a four-year academic program offered by the College of Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges, in accordance with the guidelines set forth in Commission on Higher Education Memorandum Order (CMO) No. 28, Series of 2011, which outlines the policies, standards, and guidelines for the BSREM program.
The Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management is a four-year program that prepares students for careers in the real estate service industry, including but not limited to real estate brokerage, appraisal, property management, and consultancy. The program is designed to develop the technical competencies, ethical standards, and professional skills required in the practice of real estate services in the Philippines and globally.
The BSREM curriculum covers essential areas such as real estate laws, economics, finance, brokerage and marketing, property appraisal, land use planning, and property development. It integrates foundational business education with specialized training in real estate, ensuring that graduates are well-versed in both theoretical and practical aspects of the field.
The program uses outcomes-based education and modern instructional delivery methods, including simulations, project-based learning, and industry immersion. It includes a comprehensive internship or on-the-job training (OJT) with accredited real estate companies, agencies, or institutions, allowing students to apply classroom knowledge in actual professional environments.
To promote excellence and compliance with regulatory standards, the BSREM program is delivered by qualified faculty members who are ideally licensed real estate service practitioners (broker, appraiser, or consultant), and/or holders of Master’s degrees in Business Administration, Urban Planning, or related fields with relevant industry experience.
Graduates of the BSREM program are expected to demonstrate proficiency and integrity in delivering real estate services and are qualified to take the Real Estate Service Licensure Examinations administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
